1. Cooling-Off Period
Under applicable consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or paying any penalty.
2. Eligible Products
To be eligible for return, products must:
- Be new, unused, and in their original packaging;
- Include all accessories provided;
- Not have been unsealed.
3. Products Excluded From the Right of Withdrawal
The following cannot be returned:
- Cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons;
- Customised or made-to-order products;
- Products forming part of a gift set or kit, where one item has been used.
4. Return Procedure
To return a product:
- Send us an email at admin@apex-united.com with your order number and reason for return, within 14 days of receipt.
- We will provide a return number and return address within 48 working hours.
- Return the product, carefully packaged, within 14 days of submitting your request.
- Keep proof of postage.
5. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error on our part.
If the product is defective, My Blog will cover the return costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6. Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order.
The refund includes the price of the product and original shipping costs (excluding any additional costs for premium shipping options).
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or non-conforming product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at admin@apex-united.com, including photos of the product and packaging.
We commit to finding a quick solution: replacement, refund, or store credit.
8. Exchanges
To exchange a product, follow the return procedure and place a new order. This ensures faster delivery.
9. Statutory Guarantees
Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from:
- The statutory conformity guarantee: 2 years from delivery;
- The guarantee against hidden defects: 2 years from discovery of the defect.
