1. Delivery Areas

- United States and Canada

2. Processing Time
Your order is prepared in our warehouse within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (sales, holiday season, Black Friday), this may extend to 3-5 working days. You will be notified by email.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch.
4. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via your customer account or the carrier’s website.
5. Free Shipping
Shipping is free for UK orders over £49 using the standard delivery method.
6. Receiving Your Parcel
When receiving your parcel, please check its condition in the presence of the courier. In case of visible damage, refuse the parcel or note specific reservations on the delivery slip.
If there is an issue (damaged parcel, missing items), contact us within 48 hours at admin@apex-united.com with photos.
7. Unclaimed Parcels
If you are absent at delivery, the courier will leave a card. The parcel will be held at the local depot or pickup point for 10 to 14 days.
After this period, the parcel will be returned to us. A new shipment can be arranged at your expense.
8. Address Errors
Please carefully check the delivery address when placing your order. Errors reported before dispatch will be corrected free of charge. After dispatch, redirection fees may apply.
9. Delivery Delays
If a delay exceeds 7 days from the announced date, please contact us: we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is permanently lost, you will be fully refunded or receive a replacement parcel.
10. International Customs and Duties
For deliveries outside the UK/EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the Customer’s responsibility. cannot be held liable for these additional charges.
