Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between My Blog and any non-professional individual (« the Customer ») making a purchase on the website https://www.apex-united.com.
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale, which prevail over any other document.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation. Photographs and descriptions illustrate the products as accurately as possible but are not contractually binding. Slight variations may occur.
Our cosmetic products comply with applicable cosmetic regulations (EU Regulation 1223/2009 / UK Cosmetic Regulation 2013).
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are shown in [GBP / EUR / USD], inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are indicated at the time of order validation.
My Blog reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Article 5 – Order
The Customer places the order through the online process. The order is only validated after acceptance of these Terms of Sale and confirmation of payment.
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer. The sale becomes final upon receipt of this email.
My Blog reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds (prior dispute, abnormal order, etc.).
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or any other method offered on the website.
Transactions are secured by our payment provider and benefit from 3D Secure protocol. My Blog never has access to full payment card details.
Where instalment payments are offered (Klarna, Clearpay, Afterpay, etc.), the specific terms of the relevant provider apply.
Article 7 – Delivery
Delivery methods, timeframes, and costs are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
If delivery is delayed by more than 7 days from the announced date, the Customer may request order cancellation and a full refund.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer law, the Customer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the decision to admin@apex-united.com, by post, or via the form available on the Returns & Refunds page.
Exception: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for sealed cosmetic products which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Article 9 – Refund
In the event of valid withdrawal, My Blog will refund the Customer within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.
Article 10 – Statutory Guarantees
All products benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee and the guarantee against hidden defects under applicable consumer law.
In the event of a defect, the Customer may choose between repair or replacement of the product, under the conditions provided by law.
Article 11 – Liability
My Blog cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, the Customer’s actions, or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the website are the exclusive property of My Blog. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorisation.

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 14 – Mediation
